Security at the Mall of America arrested Serge Vorobyov on Friday afternoon for throwing $1,000 in $1 bills off a balcony at the mall.

He’d had a bad year apparently, and says he just wanted to raise people’s spirits. Security charged him with disorderly conduct, saying that people could’ve been hurt. (Or, you know, a $1,000 richer.)
