Can Zuckerberg’s FWD.us help immigration reform?

At the DREAMer Hackathon, Silicon Valley joined with undocumented immigrants to try to move immigration reform forward.

This week in Mountain View California, people like Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman joined a group of undocumented immigrants to pull a 24-hour “hackathon.” The goal? Find a solution to moving immigration reform like the DREAM act forward. The event was put together in part by Zuckerberg’s lobbying group, FWD.us. Marketplace’s Queena Kim was on the scene, and tells Tech Report host Ben Johnson what she saw.
