The fictional anchorman from the movie “Anchorman” got a spot in the Newseum in Washington, next to those real-life war correspondents and dogged investigators.
A museum spokeswoman told the Los Angeles Times that the movie had a societally-relevant message about how hard it was for women to become news anchors, when faced with sexists like Burgundy.
