Fighting the export of stolen oil

100,000 barrels a day are stolen from Nigerian oil pipelines.

A new report from Chatham House in London says 100,000 barrels a day are stolen from Nigerian oil pipelines, at a cost of billions of dollars a year. 

Razia Khan, Africa analyst at Standard Chartered Bank in London, joins Marketplace Morning Report host Mark Garrison to discuss the impact.
