‘Liking’ something on Facebook is now protected by the First Amendment

Now when you 'like' something on Facebook, you're exercising your First Amendment rights.

A recent federal court decision has ruled that ‘liking’ something on Facebook is an expression of free speech. The decision overturned a lower court ruling involving a policeman and a local election.
