Unemployment figures for the month of August will be released Friday morning. One early piece of positive news came out on Thursday: the number of people who had to file for unemployment benefits fell again over the last week. Diane Swonk, chief economist at Mesirow Financial, joins Marketplace Morning Report host David Brancaccio to discuss.
