While the debate continues over domestic use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the U.S., Germany is considering using drones to stop graffiti artists in their tracks.
Deutsche Bahn, Germany’s national railway company, who plans to test the use of drones, says graffiti costs them $10 million in property damage each year. Each drone, which will fly up to heights of 495 feet and use infrared cameras to capture images, will reportedly cost about $78,000.
