Unemployment falls to 7.7%, 146,000 jobs added

The Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting that the economy added 146,000 jobs last month and the unemployment rate fell to 7.7 percent.

The number of the day is 146,000. That’s how many jobs were added last month according the Bureau of Labor Statistics November jobs report. The unemployment rate fell to a four year low of 7.7 percent.
