That could be an example of the text message you send to Textspresso, the “robot” barista dreamed up by a Seattle-based company called Zipwhip. After the order is received, our little coffee buddy gets to work, steaming and frothing just the way you like it. As an added treat, Textspresso can add a message to the foam using edible ink. I think my first latte might read: “Brought to you with absolutely no human interaction.”

The coffee-slinging robot is more of a programming experiment than anything, though. The BBC writes: “There are no plans to mass-produce the machine, but instructions and source code are being made available.”
