Judging from Presidents Obama’s just-released Spotify playlist, he’s a big fan of Sugarland. The country music duo is the only artist to make the list twice. The playlist is for Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. The list is full of inspirational titles like “Keep on Pushing” by the Impressions and not-so-subliminal messages like “My Town” by Montgomery Gentry. And perhaps as a nod to Independents, “Keep Me in Mind” by the Zac Brown Band (That one’s fun to say while shrugging your shoulders and speaking with an upward inflection, like a question, at the end of the title.).

As far as I can tell, none of the Republican candidates have made a playlist, so, with no authority and no electoral sway whatsoever, it looks like the great state of Spotify is going for Obama.
