Samsung is suing Apple in Germany. That in and of itself isn’t so unusual. Cell-phone companies sue each other literally all the time. No, this case will give you something of a frowny face ’cause it’s about emoticons.

Those somewhat amusing, but now completely played out faces you can make by typing, let’s just say a semi-colon, a dash then a right parentheses. Something like this: ;-]

Anyway, Samsung apparently has a patent on them. :X
