Not sure what the point spread was on this one but Samsung has scored an official victory in court against Apple in Australia. Some Vegas casino should really set up a sort of sports book on all these cases. Australia’s High Court had banned sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab pending the ruling on Apple’s case, which charged that Samsung’s tablet violated Apple’s intellectual property. But the court has now said it doesn’t and Samsung says the device will be available in time for Christmas. This would appear to put the Australia case to rest.
