We take a lot at what exactly Obama’s stimulus plan could mean for the economy — if it can prevent recession, what kind of tax cuts it includes, and what it will do for schools. Australia has avoided recession for this long, but it might not last. And countries of the Arab Spring are ready for Europe to show them the money.
