Why didn’t we think of that?”) when AT&T threw its promise of US jobs on the table yesterday in exchange for being allowed to buy T-Mobile. Of course, we live in a world where Michele Bachmann says she’ll lower gas to $2 a gallon if she gets elected president. Meaning: promises are the easy part.
