The Products Scams: Distressed real estate schemes, energy investments, gold and precious metal investments, promissory notes, and securitized life settlement contracts.

The Practice Scams: Affinity fraud, bogus or exaggerated credentials, mirror trading, private placements, and securities and investment advice offered by unlicensed agents.
