The Obama administration is set to announce its new fuel standards tomorrow. The SEC is looking into Groupon, and what if it’s offering investors a deal that’s too good to be true. The Waterview Tower in Chicago was supposed to be a luxury hotel and condo building, but now it’s being changed to apartments. A program in Maine is teaching about fish farming. The U.S. government is staying mum on which government programs will get money first, whether or not a debt deal passes. Turkey is reaping economic benefits for being nice to its neighbors.
