A final note. What makes you happier? Watching a good TV show? Or how about surfing the Web? Or, just maybe, a good radio broadcast?

From Great Britain comes a study which finds people who listen to the radio report a 100 percent lift in happiness — and a 300 percent boost to their energy levels — versus not consuming any type of media at all.
