Some Supreme Court news to start off our week. The court overturned a lower court ruling that more than a million female employees could join in a lawsuit accusing Walmart of paying women less than men. And it said that six states cannot sue utilities over emissions contributing to climate change.

A new report commissioned by mayors nationwide says cities aren’t creating jobs fast enough. We speak with the mayor of Racine, Wis., about what he’s doing to create jobs.
