But if you thought it was still OK to, oh, maybe use your cousin’s password to listen on a file-sharing service like Netflix or Rhapsody, well — don’t do it in Tennessee. State lawmakers there just passed a bill making that illegal, too. It’s an extension of the law against leaving a restaurant without paying or stealing a cable TV signal. The bill is now on the governor’s desk.
