File-sharing gets even stricter in Tennessee

And this final note. We all know that illegal file-sharing online — especially of the music kind — can get you in trouble. Not to mention it hurts the bottom line of the folks whose music you’re enjoying.

State lawmakers there just passed a bill making that illegal, too. It’s an extension of the law against leaving a restaurant without paying or stealing a cable TV signal. The bill is now on the governor’s desk.
