Oprah says farewell to her daytime talk show this week; it’ll leave a big void for many marketers. Macy’s is set to open its first discount store this fall. Photo uploading site Twitpic has made a deal to sell the pictures you post to Twitter. Kai talked with Salman Khan, the founder of the Khan Academy, about his role in technology and education. Jack Hough of SmartMoney was also on the show, talking about about the “invisible stock bubble” driven by high corporate earnings. Sean Cole reported on a website that allows people to play the markets risk-free, and even get paid if they’re one of the best participants.
