Sony has been troubled by the two recent hacks that exposed the personal information of many millions of people, including some credit card information. The CEO Howard Stringer wrote on a blog post last night that he was sorry. The company also said they’d offer free identity theft protection, including a $1 million identity theft insurance policy for each user. Here’s what Sony said in a blog post: “Sony Computer Entertainment and Sony Network Entertainment International have made arrangements with Debix, Inc., one of the industry’s most reputable identity protection firms, to offer AllClear ID Plus at no cost to PlayStation Network and Qriocity account holders for 12 months from the time an account holder registers for the program.”
Everything is going well!! Right?

Except CNET reports hackers say they’re planning another attack on Sony this weekend.
