Tuesday, the security company released its annual security review which finds we’ll see a lot more targeted attacks in the coming year. Targeted attacks are a little trickier to pull off – these are when people are urged to click on bad links by senders who seem legit but aren’t. Lots of people are wary, so these kinds of attacks don’t get as many clicks, but the clicks they do get are powerful. Attackers are going after people on social networking sites and mobile platforms and they’re having success with shortened web sites.
