This final note today, the lighter side of the pending New York Stock Exchange-Deutsche Bourse deal. We’re cribbing from Barry Ritholtz and his blog The Big Picture, but then again he’s cribbing from David Letterman, with his Top Ten Changes at the NYSE after the deal goes through.

Here are just a couple: NYSE changes its tagline to Das Equities. Color-coded lederhosen for specialists, runners and floortraders, because they all wear those different colored jackets.
