On today’s show, we looked over the almost-overwhelming amount of new online ventures that have launched in the past few weeks. Steve Henn reports that it may be less about trying something new, and more about survival. Eve Troeh reported a story about recycling old buildings. We had stories about the possible new foreclosure fund to help out homeowners who were wrongfully foreclosed on, and Kai talked to the New York Times’ David Leonhardt about the new proposals from bipartisan commissions for cutting national debt. Kai also spoke to Felix Rohatyn about his new book about Wall Street, and went over listener responses. And Robert Reich checked in with his latest commentary. As for the songs, here they are:

  • Wear My Bikini – Jimi Tenor

  • Animals Are Cut in Two – Half-Handed CloudBuy

  • Say No to Love – The Pains of Being Pure at HeartBuy

  • Stranger – Dr. DogBuy

  • 3 Plus 4 – El Ten ElevenBuy

  • Collarbone – Fujiya And MiyagiBuy
