This final note today. I know the economic news has been a little bleak lately, housing and jobs and all that. And I apologize if we’ve been bringing you down.

So here’s a happier note. American millionaires are happier than they’ve been in three years. Seriously. There’s a study out to prove it.

The Spectrem Group, a consulting firm in Chicago, said today its Millionaire Confidence Index is up six points this month, matching it’s pre-crash October 2007 highs.
