This final note today. Politics and the economy once again. Forget all that talk you’ve been hearing about nothing passing Congress ’til after the election. President Obama got a win today on his small business plan — tax breaks and loans and the like. The Senate passed the multi-billion dollar bill this afternoon… barely. The House passed one that’s almost the same, so it’s basically done.
