An up and down news day. Second-quarter Gross Domestic Product growth was revised downward to 1.6 percent. And China is planning for a bus that can ride above and over cars. Lots of ears were tuned in to hear what Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke had to say as he kicked off a big central bankers’ convention in Wyoming.
