We’re all watching monkeys in propeller hats flush themselves down a toilet. And that’s why India is kicking our ass. And China, and pretty much everyone else. Switzerland, kicking our ass. Guam, way ahead of us.” 2 billion page views a day. Last October they passed the 1 billion mark.

After years of losing money, Google execs also say revenue for the site it up. According to the NYT, “Many analysts say YouTube could break even this year for the first time, after five years of large losses generated by its high bandwidth and storage costs.”

Meanwhile, at Google’s developer conference this week, the company will announce they’re teaming up with Intel and Sony to offer consumers a new way to watch TV.  The Financial times quotes an Intel official “The revolution we’re about to go through is the biggest single change in television since it went colour,”
