Plus, the Fed’s Open Market Committee meeting concludes its two days of meetings in Washington today. Fed Chair Janet Yellen has hinted that interest rates could soon be on the upswing. But today’s CPI numbers came in lower than expected, and inflation continues to hover below the Fed’s 2 percent target.
