One year after the tsunami in Japan and the nuclear meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi plant, there is a sea of uncertainty about how Japan will rebuild its economy. And a 340-ton granite boulder coming to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art has turned into a phenomenon attracting scores of spectators.
