Brazil's economy rains on its carnival parades

Smaller cities are cutting back or canceling their carnival parades because of the cost, during an economic crisis.

Health officials believe as many as 100,000 people have been exposed to the Zika virus in Recife, although most never develop symptoms. Carnival celebrations are scaled down, but continuing normally as planned.
