New online service Wrapp debuted yesterday, and offers a chance to send gift cards from big-name stores to your friends for nothing. What's the catch? When you download the Wrapp app, you allow it to access your data on Facebook, and then the friend who receives the gift card will also have to allow access to their data to get the money.
