Marika Proctor is an actor turned journalist who currently tells stories about life — and how money messes with it — on “This is Uncomfortable.”

You can find her previous reporting at Religion News Service, where she wrote about church politics and the war in Ukraine, spiritual responses to the climate crisis, and the intersection of art and faith. Marika holds an MA in religion from Yale where she produced and hosted conversations with scholars for the Yale Podcast Network.

Outside of work, she loves talking about the weather.
