Brides magazine has been a fixture of wedding planning for 85 years. Now, after months on the market, Condé Nast is selling the legacy magazine to Dotdash, the digital media company owned by Barry Diller’s IAC group. Dotdash says it plans for Brides to cease print operations and go all digital. Diller’s IAC also owns many other digital properties, including Tinder, Match and OKCupid, giving the company a strong footing in the online dating, relationship and wedding space.
