House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says the Democrats’ bill to bolster the Affordable Care Act aims to lower premiums, especially for those on the marketplace plans. The Democratic bill, coming one day after the White House sought to get the ACA deemed unconstitutional in its entirety, basically puts the health care issue center stage in the 2020 race.
