President Donald Trump signed an executive order on health care Thursday. He said the order will provide what he calls "Obamacare relief'" for millions of Americans. It's also designed to make lower-premium plans more widely available. For more on what the order could mean for health care consumers, Lizzie O'Leary spoke with Marketplace's senior health reporter, Dan Gorenstein.
