President Barack Obama repeated his warning to Russia today about cyber attacks, saying in a press conference “don’t do this to us, because we can do stuff to you.” One option would be sanctions — but he noted that the U.S. already has sanctions on Russia, which were imposed in 2014 after Russia annexed Crimea. What is the state of those sanctions, and what other responses are available?
