Black has become the new blue.

Some of you may have noticed this the past couple of days: Google’s been playing around with the color of the links that it returns search results in.

If you’re outraged, join the club. Links are supposed to be blue. We all know that.

A Google spokesperson said merely, “We’re always running many small scale experiments with the design of the results page.”

Mark me down as a “no.”
