Earlier this week, three NFL teams — the St. Louis Rams, San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders — all filed applications to relocate to Los Angeles. The league is expected to meet on the petitions next week at the owners meeting.
The teams are touting the virtues of the “new stadium experience,” which in the recent past has included apps allowing fans to order concessions from their seats and exclusive in-stadium game video.
