On Monday morning, representatives of some 200 countries will meet for the United Nations’ Paris Climate Change Conference, a twelve-day push to reach a deal.
Negotiators have been at this for a long time but politics have changed dramatically in the past few years. The top-down structure has become voluntary and now countries are bringing their own pledges to the party.
