The 7.9 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal on Saturday has left more than 4,500 people dead and thousands injured as of Tuesday.
Charities and non-governmental organizations have initiated relief efforts, which include providing supplies such as food and water to Nepalese affected by the quake.
