Kind of a biggie in the social media professional networking space: LinkedIn said this morning it’s going to spend $1.5 billion to buy Lynda.com, a company that specializes in online professional training videos and tutorials.
The bet LinkedIn is making, of course, is that people will go to LinkedIn for something other than just random clicking around looking for a new job.
