Cuba is trying to lure foreign investment with a multi-million dollar shipping port. The $957 million overhaul of the port of Mariel, in west Havana, is being financed by Brazil, and is in the heart of a special economic development zone. The BBC’s Sarah Rainsford in Cuba says the upgrade of the port is the biggest project there for many years.
