This final note today, which

  1. Most of us probably knew intuitively, and
  2. Which I, for one, am totally guilty of.

A company called Locket, which makes an app for Android-powerd phones that tracks how often people unlock their phones, says on average, people check their phones 110 times a day.

In a 12-hour day, that’s like once every six and a half minutes.
