Every year since 1998, Beloit College in Beloit, Wisc., has put out what it calls the Mindset List. Vaguely relevant pop culture references that apply to the incoming class of college freshmen — kids born in 1995.
Here are just a couple of the more economically-focused ones, guaranteed to make you feel … well, dated:

- Their TV screens keep getting smaller as their parents’ screens grow ever larger.
