Earlier this week, Twitter quietly launched a translation service, translating tweets in Spanish, Italian and German.

Today, given what’s happening in Egypt, it rolled out that translation service for the tweets of about 100 prominent Egyptians into English.

So you can read the tweets from people like Mohamed Morsi — now no longer the leader of Egypt.
