Talk to the hand, well now you can. The BBC explains:

As an experiment in wearable tech, and to highlight the possibilities of recycling old mobile phones in an imaginative way, designer Sean Miles of Designworks was approached by O2 Recycling to experiment at will.

His latest prototype is customised, bluetooth-enabled gloves, that work in conjunction with a mobile phone – you speak into the pinkie, and listen through the thumb.
