This final note today — which is at the same time amazing and kinda nice, if you think about it.

The CEO of CBS Les Moonves was speaking at a conference in New York today about the television business, new media, a whole bunch of things. And at one point (the Los Angeles Times reports) Moonves said syndication — repeats — is the cash cow… not online stuff.

Moonves said I Love Lucy (yes, that I Love Lucy) still makes CBS $20 million a year.
