The Consumer Product Safety Commission filed a complaint against the maker of Buckyballs, those super-strong magnetic balls that you can mold into fun shapes on your desk at work instead of working.

Apparently, children are choking on them. The company refused a recall, so the commission filed a complaint with the government.
