1 million dollar bounty for hacking Chrome. And it comes from Google. WHA?

Marketplace Staff Feb 28, 2012

Google is doing a neat little combo trick here, bringing together, I would imagine, the marketing department, the quality assurance department, and the team behind the Chrome browser. Big Goog is offering up to a million smackers for anyone who can hack Chrome at next week’s Pwn2Own hacker conference in Vancouver. Google has done this before and while Firefox and Internet Explorer have been successfully breached, no one has yet managed to lay a glove on Chrome. Google does stipulate that if anyone hacks Chrome, they need to share details of how they did it before they can collect the money.
